An honest product at a fair price

vakkotaur and I, as we often do on Saturdays, had lunch at Ron Babb's Barbecue. Ron used to run his business out of a trailer parked in a grocery store parking lot in Fairmont, but last year he moved to a convenience store in Blue Earth, about 20 miles to the east. His food is still the same, though: smoked meats, bratwurst, and hot dogs, done right and in ample proportions.

Unlike many these days, Ron's an honest businessman delivering a good
product at a fair price. If you happen to be traveling through Minnesota on I-90 about lunchtime, take the US 169 exit and go south a little ways. Stop in at the Shell station on the right, and go all the way to the back. Tell Ron I sent you.
