1 pound little smokies, any variety, precooked
1/2 small onion
1 can black-eyed peas
Cut up little smokies into approximate quarters. Chop onion. Brown sausages and onion over medium heat until onion is limp. Add black eyed peas, including juice from can. Season to taste (I used a fairly generous does of Tabasco). Simmer over low heat for at least 30 minutes.
We had this with cornbread muffins. Did I mention it was yummy?
