Five car questions

1. What vehicle do you drive?
2001 Lexus RX300. As I mentioned in my last entry, it's got lots of anti-skid stuff, starting with 4 wheel drive and going on from there. I feel a lot more confident in snow in the winte driving that car than I have when driving anything else.

2. How long have you had it?
I got it, brand new, on 29 November 2000.

3. What is the coolest feature on your vehicle?
Remote keyless entry, built right into the key. It's a feature I never realized I'd become so utterly dependent on. I don't think I've opened that car twice with the key in the lock. (I did it once, just to make sure I could.)

A close second is the heated front seats. It, too, is a feature I never realized I'd become so dependent on. I used it more than a few times in Houston, and it gets used a LOT in winter here in Fairmont. It's especially nice when I'm wearing tights on a cold morning.

4. What is the most annoying thing about your vehicle?
I'm hard pressed to name one. The most impressive thing about that car is that Lexus obviously spent lots and lots of time and effort on getting the little details right, and it shows. There's nothing that makes me grumble about the car. Nothing at all.

5. If money were no object, what vehicle would you be driving right now?
A shiny new 2004 RX330. Maybe along with an SC430 to keep it company.
